1) We ask that you always arrive at least five minutes early so that your appointment can begin promptly at your designated time. If you are a first time client we ask that you arrive ten minutes early to get acquainted. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after the start of your appointment we cannot guarantee you will receive your full session time and you will still be required to pay the full amount
2) Masking is optional for clients, and we are happy to mask upon request
3) Zero Tolerance for Sexual Misconduct: Inappropriate solicitation will result in a permanent ban from Gibson Massage as well as a report to the Muskegon Police Department. We reserve the right to end the session immediately based on any verbal or nonverbal warning signs of inappropriate behavior
4) We reserve the right to deny service if we suspect a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
5) We reserve the right to deny service if a client has failed to inform us of past injuries or full medical health history
24 Hour Minimum Notice
We have a strict cancellation policy and we do enforce it.
50% charge: Illness cancellations reported after 9am on day of your appointment
75% charge: 24 hours or less notice before your appointment
100% charge: 2 hours or less notice and/or no notice at all
